About STILL
Sustainable Transformation Initiative for Land & Learning (STILL) is a research initiative focused on developing evidence-based policy frameworks for Indigenous-led land management.
Our Approach
We specialize in IPCA governance, GIS analysis, and resource valuation methodologies. Our work bridges academic research with practical implementation, providing measurable outcomes for sustainable land use.
We practice Etuaptmumk (Two-Eyed Seeing)—learning to see from one eye with the strengths of Indigenous ways of knowing, and from the other eye with the strengths of Western ways of knowing, and using both eyes together.
